For the discs you need a Shimano lock on hub or I think they do an adaptor for regular hubs...

It's at the top of the rear triangle, just under the seat, on one of the welds. So far I think i've found the 4th previous owner who has a few pics of a red slacker with the same seat mine has so im waiting for a reply...
